She also has blurred vision and sees colored halos around lights. These symptoms are associated with a headache and nausea. She reports taking an over-the-counter cold medication for the past 2 days. Her past medical history is notable for hypermetropia, for which she uses reading glasses. She has no history of eye surgery or trauma. She denies allergies to medications.
